  1. Thank you, I knew I did it right, I always use a spoonful of coconut oil in my coffee. Not for losing weight, but as a veggie I need to use additions to keep an healthy diet. I never thought it could also help as a weight lost product by taking a spoonful half an hour before every meal. I can lose some weight, so I am going to try this out for a month or so, to see if it has some effect. I might buy the coconut capsules for that matter, I don’t really like to swallow a spoonful of clear coconut oil.

    1. Loes there are many people that add coconut oil to their coffee and also to green tea for losing weight. I agree with you that coconut oil is much easier to take in that way, or in a capsule! I put it in my green tea every day, which makes a really great weight loss drink as green tea is also known for its great weight loss properties!
